  • This is our preferred method of shipping

  • Standard 2-5 Business Days, First Class or Priority Mail; depending on your zone

  • All shipments are assigned tracking info, insurance, and estimated delivery 

Shipping Charges

  • Each order under $50.00 is assessed a shipping fee determined by the U.S.P.S.

  • Free shipping on order of $50+ within USA, Puerto Rico, & Canada

  • Shipping is included in all Rainbow Coffee Club?☕ Subscriptions

  • If we have an issue shipping your order, we will message you with the e-mail address you provided at checkout

U.P.S

  • Depending on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order, it may require to be shipped UPS

  • We recommend using a deliverable street address for your order, just in case. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes

  • All shipments are assigned tracking info and estimated delivery

I don't have a grinder

All of our coffee is shipped in the form of whole beans, unless you selected for us to grind it for you. If you selected to have it ground and we shipped it whole beans anyways, here are some helpful tips

  • Simply take it to your local grocery store and grind it. They don’t mind. Be sure to let us know so that we can credit your account the .50 cents upcharge for grinding.
  • If you still would like to return and let us exchange it for you, please let us know. We will be more than happy to exchange your order for you. (shipping not included)
  • Please accept our apology! Offering great customer service is at the top of our prorities. If we messed up, we sincerely apologize!
