  • We will auto ship your coffee to you each week, bi-weekly, or monthly, for the duration of the term you selected
  • Select your roast preference: random, rotate, or choose dark, medium, light or flavors. You can also email our subscription team your selections to customize your subscription
  • No contract required. you don’t have to pay for your entire subscription up front, and you may cancel at any time (must cancel 10 days prior to your next ship date)

When does my coffee ship?

Your First Shipment

Your first box ships on the first Thursday, after you sign up.

Be sure to complete the Auto-Pay Subscription Form so we can start your subscription right away.

Weekly | Bi-Weekly

  • Weekly subscriptions ship on Thursdays each week
  • Bi-Weekly Subscriptions ship on Thursdays, every other week


Monthly Subscriptions ship on the  first Thursday of each month.

Is there a contract?

Nope, No Contract

We offer the Coffee Club Subscription to offer you flexibility and hassle free coffee enjoyment. There is absolutely no contract, whatsoever.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! Cancel anytime…

  • To avoid future payment being drafted for your Coffee Club Subscription, please be sure to cancel on or before the 20th day of the month
  • If you cancel on or after the 21st, you will be required to participate in coffee club for the following billing cycle, but we will not charge you after that.
Can I change my subscription after I sign up?

Yes, absolutely!

  • You can change the following: Address, Size, Frequency, Length of Subscription, and/or Roast Queue once per month.
  • Be sure to Message Our Subscription Team on or before the 20th day of the month to ensure your changes take effect for the following month.
Detailed Payment Information

Accepted Methods of Payment

  • We proudly accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, Checks, and ACH Bank Deposit
  • Auto-Pay is required to take advantage of our Coffee Club Subscription.
  • You may choose to pay your Coffee Club Subscription in full. If so, please contact our subscription team to make your full payment.


  • AutoPay is preferred to take advantage of our Coffee Club Subscription
  • AutoPay is our featured secured reoccurring payment system which automatically drafts your payment each month for the duration of your Coffee Club Subscription

Monthly Draft

  • Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Coffee Club Subscriptions are drafted each month for the monthly total charges of your subscription for that billing cycle.
  • All Coffee Club Subscriptions (AutoPay) is drafted on the 3rd day of each month.
  • We will attempt to collect any declined payments a total of 3 times


  • At the end of your chosen Coffee Club Subscription Term, we will automatically renew your subscription, unless you request for us to cancel your subscription.
  • We will notify you on on the prior month of your subscriptions end to notify you that your subscription is ending and ask you if you want to make changes.

Paused Subscription

  • We will allow you to pause your subscription 1 times per calendar year.
  • We will grant paused status  of your subscription for up to, but no longer than 3 consecutive months.
  • To pause your subscription, you must message our subscription team on or before the 20th day of the month to pause the next billing cycle.
